Hi,
I am using WCx for germline DNA, genome sequencing. awesome caller!
However, I have just realized that regions with no read mapped are skipped. As a consequence, one hemizygous deletion (11kb) has been missed by wisecondorx (WC bin_size=5kb, the bin in the deletion has no LR value).
I understand that dividing 0 / smth can be quite annoying, especially for a machine... but I wonder if there could be a solution?
Otherwise, for gap 'N' regions, I see no problem in skipping them.
thank you,
Jean-Madeleine
