BLOCKS-287 Disable bricks in Catblocks

This PR makes it possible to disable/enable bricks/scripts in 2D-view. Therefore a new method in the Android Interface had to be added, which is implemented in Catroid-IDE. (Android) This implementation is also working in advanced mode.
