Space Parallax improperly layered #107

The Space Parallax feature seems to not be layered right or something I don't know if it is only me and a Byond thing or something but well it looks like this

When it should really look like this
normal
The only way to fix this issue seems to be to go to the Preferences tab and to Toggle Space Parallax off.
Is this only me why has no on else reported this?
I even updated to the latest Byond beta to fix this because I was on a older version of Byond but It did not work.

I had the same problem, it seems that areas of blackness (tiles obscured by walls) would look like space.
