Delete bundle in storage do not trigger recalculate of plan and user stay stuck

Describe the bug/issue
this should re trigger calculation, calculation should be done more often as now it doesn't consume much of db CPU

This should be easy to do with our queue system now, we can add task to start in the next minute and if the user delete more then it don't add to the list it just push further the start of recalculation.
cron_stats + plan should be run
