Add in daily table updated_at col

Describe the bug/issue
The goal is to allow in the future users to self update the data and so the value of last update should be there.
Then update get_process_cron_stats_job_info to look at this value instead.
If the value is older than 5 min, start a cron_stats for all apps of the user.
Basically, when the user goes to the front, he will force his data to update
