Currently newly created goals are added to the state only after the confirmation modal has appeared and the user clicks ok.

Should be that the goal is added to the state immediately, and the confirmation modal has no effect on this.

Clicking on ok should redirect to the rate-goal view.

On timeout, user should be redirected back to the goals list.
