らじる配信講座対応関連のBug Fix

他の類似ツールを参考に（マネして）ffmpegの"HTTP error"などを検出し「失敗」で終了させるように機能追加しました。
　自動でのリトライ実施は今後の課題とします。
保存ファイルのパス指定関連でのBug Fix

※Mac版の動作確認は未実施です。
