📋 User story

As a system I want to notify the applicant about an upcoming appointment with an interviewer, so that they will be more likely to attend.

Extended description

The day before an applicant has a meeting the email sent out a reminder email with information on how to attend the meeting. The email will include meeting time, interviewer name, interviewer's skype name. And an email for the interviewer, so that the applicant can get in touch with the interviewer in case of cancellations.

Prerequisites

  • Setup email service #issuerefence

Non-functional requirements

None

Acceptance Criteria

Flow

  • The system will go through the list applicants in the system at 8AM in the morning.
  • It will tell the email service to send an email to them with the needed template and injecting the relevant information.

Email template contains:

  • Event specifications; date, time and interviewer
  • A reminder that the time localization is Danish.
  • Instructions on how to attend meeting.
  • Interviewer skype name to easily open an email addressed to interviewer.
