Artefacts for some parameters choice #1

Protocole :

TE/TR = 2.5
BW = 75000
Matrix = 192*192*192
FOV = 50 x 50 x 50

Increasing the BW to 100Khz or the TE/TR to 6 solve the artefacts.

Don't reduce the TE too much or something weird happens.

Check the signal windows if it looks like that it is ok (signal starts with a fid signal)

and if the TE is too short we will refocuse later (I guess the sequence is not well balanced when the gradient are not too high) :
