As a doer, I want to view the public habits and visual indicators of the other doers I am granted to follow.

Rationale - Lets the doer see how others are doing with their habit forming. Gives the followed doers more reason to do well.

Story Points - 5

Risk Level - Low

Details - Same UI as the "all habits" list but for a different profile. There should be no other way to interact with them, though (no edit/delete). Should only be able to do this after a user has given you permission to follow them.

Edit: We could just make everyone be followed by default without permission, so this doesn't have to be blocked by #23.
