As a doer, I want a habit event to have an optional comment of up to 20 characters.

Rationale - Lets the doer add more details on the specific event that they were successful in doing a habit. Details like their current thoughts or habit progress is important to ensure that they are successful in forming habits.

Story Points - 2

Risk Level - Low

Details - Add an extra text field in the new habit event screen.

To be released at halfway checkpoint.
