Following the addition of adding the same product to checkout followed by the same product with an increment of 1 causes the item to NOT add to the bag.

I was unable to create the logic to crush this bug. If a user adds 1 item of any product and proceeds again to add 1 of the same item back to back the item would not be added to the shopping cart. This would only work on the count of 1 item followed by the same number immediately on the same item.
