Scrolling segments after inserting stroke

Scrolling the number of inserted segments after the stroke is not yet supported. The only thing I want to note here is that we should try using Ctrl instead of Shift this time around, if there are no other key conflicts, so that the user can continue holding down the same key to work rather than switching keys.
