Add switch top and bottom function

For stranded composite displays, we sometimes want to view the top = "same" and bottom = "opposite" (formerly "sense"/"anti") information as top = "opposite" and bottom = "same." For example, endonuclease cut sites (read2) are usually flipped when we visualize their composites.
