Use Case Title
Add DES location for Program Participation Start/Exit Date to K12>K12 Student> Individualized Program

Use Case Description
Program Participation Exit Date and Program Participation Start Date

Add additional location within K12 domain.

Use Case Background
The proposed changes were determined through efforts of building 5 EMAPS Connections for the IDEA Part B Maintenance of Effort (MOE) Reduction and Coordinated Early Intervening Services (CEIS). Adding Program Participation Start/Exit Date to K12 Student>Individualized Program allows dates to be associated with a student's participation in an Individualized Program.
