If the "view batch information" link is necessary on the issue page, it would be nice if that link was dev only (https://nebnewspapers-dev.unl.edu/lccn/sn99021999/1895-03-17/ed-1/)

If this is difficult, I think we can leave it off, but I don't think normal users will find the batch information useful and might find it confusing
