Create a file, which tests if everything works with jupyter lab, which the participants can run before the course.

Added the following for the advanced course: https://github.com/C2SM/git-course/tree/review_advanced#5-final-check-advanced-course-only

This needs to be updated to the main branch once #118 is merged!
