As a suggestion, when OwO is found, perhaps it can post a picture with 'bulge' as a tag?

It looks like it already only takes action every hundred: https://github.com/smileytechguy/furbot/blob/auto-bulge/furbot_v2.py#L396-L405

My PR proposes that it send a bulge every 50.
