This does not block Minecraft from booting or have a visible effect on the mod functions, but it always reports this regardless.

I have intentionally installed another problematic mod to make the screen visible, but any mod which results in this screen produces the same thing. This happens on a minimal instance as well.

Did you try to fix the durability tooltip dependency issue first?

As I stated in the first post, "I have intentionally installed another problematic mod to make the screen visible, but any mod which results in this screen produces the same thing."

It boots and works anyway. This is just a warning. It does not hinder anything aside from logs, but it's an issue regardless.

sorry i didnt read properly. It's probably some fabric modloading bug. It probably didn't have time to load the other mod versions yet and that's why it happens. If your translations don't work then it's a real problem. Aside from that I can't fix a fabric modloading issue.
