Customer User Roles display as role _id instead of role names

Describe the bug
When displaying the Users table in a Table Component, any user with a custom role (outside of Basic and Admin)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a custom user role
2. assign a user
3. add a screen with a table component
4. set the table component to display the Users table

Expected behavior
Should display the polite, friendly, human-readble name for the role, instead of a hash.

Unlikely to be a simple bug fix - requires a fairly large piece of work to restructure how custom roles are displayed and stored
