Publish message on a specific partition & Consume message from a specific partition in Kafka.

In Kafka, I can produce messages on a specific partition by passing the topic_partition and the producer will produce messages only on that partition. For Consumers, I can assign a specific partition by passing the topic_partion where a consumer will look for its data.

As I'm new to Brighter, I don't know whether it is available or not. If available then how can I achieve this?
