Typo in Yeast editor

there is a typo in in the Yeast editor dialog. see screen shot:

looks like quanta is plural for quantum. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quanta. I also searched quanta yeast and i did not see any useful results. Im not sure why its not Quantity in Inventory.
