Since it's a management framework, there is a limited interaction on the device.

Using both UI and CLI, the following interaction are the only one supported:

user initiated enrolment
auditing of applied policies
user initiated unenrolment (if allowed by MDM server)

At no time the mdmclient allow injection of policy changes locally.
