Current behavior

I'm on Android 11, on a Google Pixel 5, but not sure if this is the same across all platforms.

If I'm editing a list of items (just one element per line - no formatting) when I get to the start of the line, tapping delete (well, backspace) on the Android/phone keyboard, the keyboard is hidden and I am kept at the start of the line.

Expected behavior

When I'm at the start of an empty line, tapping backspace will take me up to the end of the line prior (AKA, delete the line break).

Steps to reproduce

  1. on Android open any note
  2. have at least 2 separate (AKA "line breaked") lines of text in your code
  3. using the keyboard backspace through the lower line to the start.
  4. when at the start tap backspace again and you should see the keyboard disappear.

Environment

Mobile

  • Boost Note app version: not sure how to tell, but up to date on 29th October 2020.
  • OS version and name: Android 11

But now you've closed the issue - did it get resolved?

@grafyte Yes, because issue #488 is about the same problem of deleting line breaks on mobile.
