I think the current lack on interest on this is due to the fact that a couple of resources exist that allow Cayo to be functional.

i.e. https://github.com/alberttheprince/CayoTwoIslands-YanktonCompatible

and the original resource it was forked from (among others), and the fact that it conflicts with North Yankton. Think it might be useful to make some sort of config/clear set up path for Cayo/North Yankton so they don't conflict.

IMO Cayo seems like the generally more popular content than North Yankton, so it might be better to have Cayo as on by default and North Yankton Off by default, considering it's probably not used by anyone since it floats in the sky unless handled with some like: https://github.com/alberttheprince/NorthYankton/
