output the index position of keyword

Is there anyway to modify output, like to add notes id, patient id and index position of the keyword in the output by any chance?

Hi, quzhouxiachuan, this is one of the old implementations of Context, where the input uses keywords instead of keywords' spans. It brings issues when multiple same keywords exist in the same snippet. If you are looking for the most recent implementation, please check it here. https://github.com/jianlins/fastcontext.
