Upload continuous builds to github

You can use https://github.com/probonopd/uploadtool to upload to GitHub Releases easily: Each build will create a "continuous" tag, and the binary will be uploaded there. On subsequent runs, the "continuous" tag will be replaced to point to the new commit, and a new binary will be uploaded.
