Taxon links on checklists are broken

Presumably with the new checklist development the links that should open a popup of the intended taxon page by clicking a name on a checklist are broken.

The taxonid is set to the index within the checklist and not to the actual taxonid from the taxonomy tables.

for instance, the first taxon on the list is Duboisius arizonensis and the hyperlink given is https://ecdysis.org/taxa/index.php?taxauthid=1&taxon=0&clid=12169

and as you move down the list the taxon=# is incremented by 1 each time.

Non-updated portals (like the NEON Biorepo) currently work.
