[3.1] Problem with image mapping upload process

"The image mapping upload process reaches a step where it asks for the csv file, with a button: Choose File.

When that button is clicked a pop-up message appears stating that the file must be a csv. It does not open File Explorer as it did in the past. So there is no way to select the csv file which has been prepared and sitting on the desktop."
