END Portal in nether island and not teleport player to end world in 1.16

I using paper build 39 and still not working.

I don't know what the Paper "versions" mean. Run /ver and paste the output here, please.

Paper is downstream from Spigot so they don't always have the latest. The teleporting works fine on the latest Spigot release.

I tried latest Paper Build and it works for me:

Try Paper 46.

Yeah, i also try it on spigot again not working.
There is something strange.
There is no system that prevents this. It happened when I switched to version 1.16.

I using end world to ender dragon, not for player island.

Haha, okey i found problem. Okey maybe this problem cause by bentobox again. I dont know absolutely. Like #722
If i set allow-end settings to true in bukkit.yml, portals working.
Can you fix now ?
Note: If i set this settings to true also generating normal end world.

We couldn't fix that back then, I don't think we can fix it now. That's a behavior of Bukkit that we can't override.

I sent a correction about this issue to the Paper team. Hope they can fix it.
