Czech translation

Description

I translated entire plugin of BentoBox and all of its addons to Czech language. It makes sense to use native language on local server, so I just made translation to my native language for my server. Why not share it for everybody though? Feel free to download and include in your plugin and its addons :)

For anyone else downloading and thinking to put it in their server - don't actually follow instructions in the readme files, those are meant for plugin's authors. Place extracted directories in your plugins/BentoBox/locales directory (only copy extracted directories for BentoBox and addons you have installed on your server). Make necessary changes (like changing the 1st line of startup sign of your game mode choice).

No. It is just suggestion to add translation files into BentoBox plugin and all addons.

For server owners: I strongly suggest you to edit the first line of startup island sign of your gamemode of choice (AcidIsland, BSkyBlock, CaveBlock or SkyGrid) to something briefly representing your server. Simple mention of your server's name is enough.
For example: &2&lServer &b- Skyblock

Most of players destroy that sign anyway, so it's only a nice touch in designing your server. Using generic text &cBSkyBlock won't quite look good, but it's not the end of world.
