For a given search, provide the ability to notify a user when new vehicle inventory is discovered.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like some ability to "notify me" when new inventory is made available for a specified vehicle, in a specified zip code, in a specified radius.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Visiting https://theevfinder.com every day, noting inventory and doing the mental diff between yesterday and today

Additional context
This is tricky, lots of work - so need to architect it well for cost efficiencies, abuse prevention and accuracy.
