Why is there a node.exe file?

Because Urly uses node.exe into its sfx archive to allow use for users that haven't Node.js installed in their computer.

Why is there a node_modules folder?

Because Urly uses this folder into its sfx archive to allow use for users that haven't Node.js installed in their computer and that can't use npm to get libraries.

Why isn't there a package.json?

Because Urly doesn't need to be a Node.js "package", because uses node.exe only for javascript execution.
