Problem when installing the compiled files (linphone6.exe)

[1ng-f3l1p3]

command used to install the build files:
cmake --install . --config RelWithDebInfo

Error:
PS C:\Users\pc1\Desktop\linphone-desktop\build> cmake --install . --config RelWithDebInfo
CMake Error at cmake_install.cmake:53 (file):
file INSTALL cannot find
"C:/Users/pc1/Desktop/linphone-desktop/build/bin/RelWithDebInfo/linphone6.exe":
No error.

I have tried configuring again, compiling again and the .exe generation problem continues.
Is there a way to create or generate the .exe.?

Or from what point does the problem come from, the others could be installed with --targeted except linphone6.exe ?
