[Bug]: remote_ring value overwritten on restart

Context

When on a call and I receive another incoming call due to a ring-group I am on, a very loud and unpleasant bleep (ringback.wav) plays. I want to disable any noise coming in from external calls whatsoever while I am already on a call.

Expected behaviour

remote_ring should not be overwritten when edited.

Would it be possible to have a way in the UI to disable ringing while a call is ongoing?

To Reproduce

1. Quit Linphone entirely
2. Alter [sound] remote_ring to the more bearable silence.mkv in linphonerc
3. Start Linphone
4. Fully quit Linphone

remote_ring has been overwritten to be ringback.wav.
