About The Pull Request

Fixes #11230.

Simply limits the minimum free range to 1339. It doesn't block any of the normal radio channels.

Why It's Good For The Game

AIs asking CentCom directly for help with the Blob, Pirates and Xenos? Maybe, but no.

Testing Photographs and Procedure

I am not willing to say this is 100% fault free, as I am unsure if something REALLY niche might rely on being able to access the Syndicate coms and similar. However, I doubt this is the case. I can only think of Coms Agents but they have a Syndicate ear piece and only need to access the station coms via their intercoms.

    Rerouted distro piping around the designated work area, also removed the unremovable glass floor from there.
    Finally fixed the atmosphereic shutters not being openable.

    * Fixes small things around gas miners

    Fixed: Removed plating between the eastern miners and atmos. Fixed plasma glass tiles on gas chambers spawning with N2, making them contaminate the gas chamber if you were to remove the glass.

    Fixed: Removed plating between the eastern miners and atmos. Fixed plasma glass tiles on gas chambers spawning with N2, making them contaminate the gas chamber if you were to remove the glass.
