Representatives list picker fetches data from outdated API

The "Pick From a List" button does not work because it attempts to fetch data from api.yellowspyglass.com. The service is no longer running at that domain. The functionality does exist at api.spyglass.pw (see this web app)

I reached out to dev-ptera, the original and current API maintainer, about the most appropriate API to use and they were supportive but said "The spyglass.pw one is public at the moment but that may change". So there's potential we'll need a different solution in the future, but no confirmed plans to remove the API. Switching to the new API url seems like an easy enough solution to get this working now.

It would be a helpful feature to have back and will make the app not appear consistently broken. I'd be willing to do the work on this if it sounds like a reasonable plan?
