You might think you are a good programmer? Cover this then!

  • 1: Over sixty (60) commits
    • each team member should have commit minimum of 60 commits during development
    • overall team commits score is taken as sum of all individual scores
  • 2: Over seven (7) pull request
    • each team member should perform minimum of 7 pull-requests with new functionalities developed
    • overall team pull requests score is taken as sum of all individual scores
  • 3: Over twice (2) as scrum master
    • each team member should plan his/her team week work flow
    • organize board with tasks
    • gain team knowledge as extending documentation, wiki & etc.
    • overall team knowledge score is taken as sum of all individual scores
  • 4: Project defense presentation
    • each team member should cover 2-3 slides in common presentation file which will be shown over the team project defense

Team score is bonus over individual score. As you gain team score this means your individual score will be increased at the end. And as you already guessed - low team score means low individual score.

Have fun ;)
