Problem:
In a Horus Heresy Allied Detachment there is no option to enable legacy and expanded data sheets

Expected:
To be able to select and add legacy and expanded data sheets as you can in a normal crusade force organisation chart.

The toggle for legacy and expanded units is in the Primary detachment.

The dataset is not designed to support lists that do not contain a primary detachment
