New Recruit - Army Builder and Data Editor

New Recruit is one of the many prospective replacements for Battlescribe, which has not had any app developer support in a long time. This has caused its own issues with coding such as validation issues.

To use new recruit you can go to https://www.newrecruit.eu/ which is a web based army builder, rather than an app.

This also means many BSData developers are using the NR data editor found here https://github.com/giloushaker/nr-editor to do the coding. The interface is more user friendly and has move features such as duplicate, move, undo, redo, and many more.

Currently I along with others are using this data editor for coding. But I am still attempting to make sure that the files are backward compatible with BSData Editor and Roster Editor. As all the prospective alternatives are attempting to use that as a base, and enhancements in 1 program might not work in others.
