For numuCC, the BDT score cut can be 0.3 or 0.9.
For nueCC the score recommended by Kaicheng is 7.0.

WCP release with BDT calculations

Add nueCC BDT calculations into the WCP. The default is off.

One can turn on the BDT score calculation by adding -b1 option:

All the BDT scores are saved into the T_tagger tree:
30 BDTs + one overall BDT score

Xml files are all added:
Individual BDTs: TMVA from Xin
Overall BDT: training from Hanyu

Validated against 184 nueCC events.

For this version of the code, there is also a change on the numuCC tagger, which leads to some change in the results.
