Copy over the Python-based walkability plots functionality from the climate dashboard v1. Some rejigging will be required to match current LBT_TK code structure.

Then, add a BHoM wrapper so that plots can be created directly via a BHoM method.

Closed, this will no longer be implemented in the BHoM.

Reopened due to possibility of extra resourcing to tackle issue, following discussions with @rboulton-BH and @kayleighhoude
