Plugin not working on multisite subdomain #2

I have 2 subdomain and main websites and on my wordpress. I have installed the plugin in my main website, it worked perfectly on one subdomain and doesn't work on the other. After I make the payment through the paypal, the order is still on hold for the 2nd website. What could be the possible problem? I need this plugin to work in all my subdomains.

I don't work with multisite at all so I don't know what it could be. If you dig into it I'd be happy to accept a pull request. :)
