iCloud Photo Library images missing

Images from iCloud Photo Library are not available. This is confusing, since in the Photo Library the iCloud images are visible, and can be selected by most apps.

Hi Friends,

You can try to use update library with Photos library update for iOS 8 onwards with iCloud sync.
At https://github.com/amitbobade2007/ELCImagePickerController.
Forked from latest master branch and update for support.

@mrdevnet To support iCloud sync, you need to use Photos library available from iOS 8.0.
