Benefit/Result/Outcome

Use the following script to create a self signed certificate and add the PowerShell cmdlets to upload the certificate to Azure Key Vault: https://github.com/Esri/arcgis-azure-templates/blob/main/Releases/11.1/GenerateSSLCerts.ps1
