deploy-cmk-hub fails to deploy with no time-out or installer exit.

Steps to Reproduce

Deploy MLZ and randomly have deploy-cmk-hub fail due diskencryption and storageencryption keys receiving 'Bad Gateway' error.

Expected behavior

deploy-cmk-hub to deploy diskencryption and storageencryption keys

Actual behavior

keys receive a 'Bad Gateway' error and MLZ hangs.
