[V1] Cannot run more than one managed gateways with Java Modules in it

• Version used: V1 Microsoft.Azure.Devices.Gateway.Module.NetStandard 1.0.5

Description of the issue:

If you have a module written in java and you try to create a dotnetcore managed gateway it runs fine; however, if you have to run two managed gateways in same console application where the java module is being used in both gateways the second one does not get created and throws following exception:
