Currently our PM team owns and mantains this list: List: https://dev.azure.com/azure-sdk/internal/_wiki/wikis/internal.wiki/43/Service-Team-Label-and-Contact-List
Purpose is so our team and the CXP team know who to contact for service team SDKs.

The Release planner app should help here and automate process

What is the relevant information we need here? who is notified is different than the support person? how do we keep it updated?

It might make more sense to store the contact info for the most current release plans. The contact could change with every release plan or even in the middle of a release plan.

The Azure SDK team has moved to use the CODEOWNERS files in each repository to capture and manage this information.

There is already an effort to let the user know how to update the list when they are working on their release plan: #7351
This is also part of a bigger effort: #7366

Because of there are no specific action items from here, closing the issue
