Please describe the feature.

Add a CI pipeline similar to the one found in OpenTelemetry-dotnet: https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-dotnet/blob/main/.github/workflows/ci-aot.yml to validate that new code is AOT compatible.
