Version 7.2-preview of our swagger introduces methods to backup and restore whole vaults. They need to exist in a new client. The name of the client hasn't been agreed as a team. The specs of the new clients should match the existing clients' backup and restore operations, with the difference that the restore operation should be an LRO.
